The response team can also see the SOS users contact details, track their GPS location* and access the microphone on their device – to hear what is happening at the scene.

Callmy Alert will enable you to post text, voice and picture messages in an instant, which relevant parties consume via a dedicated app. If required each Callmy Alert message can be configured to request an appropriate response – the responses monitored in real-time via the Callmy Management Portal.

As users have the Callmy app, which is only used for urgent messages,  there is less risk of an important communication being missed – this greatly benefits response time. The can be installed on smartphones, iPads and Windows 10 Desktops. Users without the Callmy Alert app can be alerted via SMS if required.
